REDNECK TRAILER SUPPLIES NAMES BOB LEWIS AS NEW PRESIDENT

Mike McTeer named as new Vice President Sales & Marketing

Effective Wednesday, February 1, Bob Lewis was named new President of Redneck, Inc.  Bob was originally hired at Redneck in March, 2009 where he has served in the position of Chief Operating Officer.  Bob’s previous employment included C.F.O. for the Automotive Brake Group of Echlin, Inc. and Bob was also President of Cequent Performance Products prior to joining Redneck.  Bob replaces the highly esteemed Ed Brady, who served as Redneck President beginning in 1988.

Bob had the following comments regarding his promotion.  “Redneck is a great company and I feel privileged to be given the opportunity to lead the great people we have that work hard everyday to serve our customers.  The Redneck mission, though simple is tried an proven:  Have A Full Line of Trailer Parts in Stock, Ship It Today, Ship it Right, and Be Competitively Priced.  I look forward to working with our great customers in the future and will do everything possible to continue to the great Redneck tradition that was developed during Ed’s tenure as President.”

In an additional move, Redneck name Mike McTeer as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  McTeer has been employed at Redneck since June 2011 as Director of Marketing.  In his new position, McTeer will be responsible for the Sales, Marketing, and Purchasing departments at Redneck.

McTeer brings a strong parts business to Redneck having previously been employed with O’Reilly Auto Parts as V.P Marketing and Advertising, as well as V.P of Marketing at Brunswick Corporation/Mercury Marine.  Immediately prior to Redneck, McTeer spent the last 10 years as VP Sales and Marketing for Marine Accessories Corporation in Maryville, TN.

The promotion of Lewis and McTeer provides Redneck with two accomplished and experienced “parts professionals” as Redneck strives for continued market leadership and dominance in the trailer parts and accessories industry.
